Autumn provides many opportunities to get to know the nature around you. From wildlife migrations, to fall fungi, to the colors and changes that occur as plants prepare to slumber, this nature walk will highlight some of the natural processes that make this season so spectacular. We'll proceed at the speed of "mosey," focusing on quality over quantity. 

Copies of Lexa's richly illustrated book, The Everyday Naturalist: How to Identify Animals, Plants, and Fungi Wherever You Go, will be available for purchase.

NOTE: Participants will take a short hike through uneven terrain. Bring sturdy shoes and water.
